About Laparoscopic Surgery

Laparoscopic or “minimally invasive” surgery is a specialized technique for performing surgery. In the past, this technique was commonly used for gynecologic surgery and for gall bladder surgery. Over the last 10 years the use of this technique has expanded into hepatobiliary diseases, pancreatic surgery and gastrointestinal surgery.

The special issue entitled Laparoscopic Surgery and therapy converge wide range of topics but are not limited to: multimodality therapy, imaging, technical advances related to hepatobiliary diseases, pancreatic surgery and gastrointestinal surgery.
As we are in a step ahead to bring-out advancements in Laparoscopic Surgery and therapy exploration to you, every other in an easy accessible way by your participation and co-operation.
